Adventure Ladies is a vibrant and growing community for women who love to explore, connect, and challenge themselves through local adventures and exciting trips across the country. Since our launch in 2021, we’ve been helping women discover new experiences while building friendships along the way. Now, we’re expanding our reach and need enthusiastic, motivated individuals to help grow our partnerships with local businesses!

Business Developer Role (Contractor Position- Non Sales)

We are looking for three Business Developers to help grow our local partnerships with restaurants, activities/attractions, and health/wellness businesses in the Dallas area. This is a non-sales role focused on contacting businesses, introducing them to Adventure Ladies, and collecting their contact information. You will then send a prewritten email with all the details they need to sign up.

This is a contractor position, and you will be responsible for your own taxes, equipment, and cell phone usage. You can work on your own schedule, but it’s important to call businesses at appropriate times when owners and managers are available. You will be compensated through commissions and bonuses based on the number of sign-ups.

This position will be starting immediately with a video info and pre-training session on Wednesday 10/2 at 7pm CST.

What You’ll Do:

Contact local businesses in your assigned area.
Introduce them to Adventure Ladies and explain that we are creating our schedule of events for the upcoming year.
Collect the business owner’s name, email address, and phone number.
Input the collected information into our CRM system.
Send a prewritten email to the business from the shared Adventure Ladies email account.

Compensation:

$30 commission for every business that signs up.
Earn a $500 bonus for securing 50 sign-ups in a month.
Payments are made weekly on Fridays after the business payment is received.
