Thank you for joining our team as one of the first Business Developers. We’re excited to get started! Below are the next steps to get you set up, including the information we need, the contractor agreement, and how to sign up for payments through Gusto.

Step 1: Complete Your Information

Please fill out the following form to provide all the information we need to set you up:

Step 2: Contractor Agreement

Please review and sign the contractor agreement, which outlines your role, compensation structure, confidentiality, and more. Your will receive a copy after signature is submitted.

Step 3: Set Up Your Payment Information on Gusto

We use Gusto for all payments. Once we’ve received your information and you’ve signed the contractor agreement, you’ll receive an email invitation from Gusto to set up your payment profile.

1. Look for an email from Gusto with a link to sign up.

2. Follow the instructions to provide your banking information and personal details.

3. Once set up, you will be paid directly through Gusto, and they will handle your 1099 forms at the end of the year.
